For some it’s the Clash, others it’s The Ramones BUT for me it’s Punk Farm. Punk Farm is five farm animals - Sheep, Pig, Chicken, Goat and Cow - that are known for turning up the volume while Farmer Joe sleeps and playing the best punk cover ever of “Old MacDonald had a Farm”.

So now all of you that have seen me walking the streets of Virginia-Higlands, or in San Fran Coffee on Friday night or at one of my regular dining spots singing E-I-E-I-O loud and proud - now you know why. If you haven’t heard me — here’s a sample of it.

Rider Turns 2 - The Movie

Ok. So September flew right by and now its already the middle of October and I haven’t shared anything since August. Let’s just say I’ve been busy. Welcome to Rider 2.0 - RiderCooley.com (an upgrade from RiderCaywoodCooley.blogspot.com). Not going to make excuses for the lack of posting since Mother’s Day and hopefully over the next couple weeks I’ll do some photo updates from my trip to Galway, Ireland at the end of May, my trip to Vegas in July and fill the gaps in between including most recently the celebration of my 2nd birthday which was first celebrated on its official day, August 17 and then again in St. Louis with Mimi and Poppi on August 31. Lil’ Rider is going back to Cali

Ever since vacationing in Santa Barbara and Hermosa Beach, CA this past December - I can’t stop thinking about going back to Cali. To make matters worse - The other day I was listening to my mom’s iTunes playlist on the kitchen iMac and heard a song by LL Cool J called “Going back to Cali” and now I am totally obsessed with going back to Cali. Okay, so maybe there isn’t really an Easy Rider 2 BUT my Poppi does have a custom chopper and we rode it sat on it this weekend when Mom, Dad and me traveled to St. Louis for GiGi’s 90th birthday party.

Also, rumor has it I was named Rider because Easy Rider is Poppi’s favorite movie

Getting My Sesame Street Fix

Sesame Street is my favorite TV program. I watch it on Demand every day after getting home from day care. Though I do admit I am a bit burned out from watching the same episodes over and over so Mom and Dad just bought me a Sesame Street DVD called Sesame Street Old School - 1974 - 1979. Can’t wait to watch that.
